What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I already got the girl of my literal dreams revealed. I’ve talked to her and everything. I likely look crazier the more I bring her up, but I need to put this out there.
It’s AJ, and this is my commercialized blog site, where I can share my lifestyle interests and provide thoughtful insights on topics worth discussing.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I already got the girl of my literal dreams revealed. I’ve talked to her and everything. I likely look crazier the more I bring her up, but I need to put this out there.
That my bars have a double meaning to them.
This is an older song to give you an idea of what my critic is working with when telling me about my bars.
It’s cool and all to get that report about my song structure, but I’ve been in a space where I’m not trying to be seen as super smart.
That’s something that I’m above because it leads to too many issues that I feel I’m grown out of by now.
So something that somebody told me is that my rap bars have double meanings and as of now, that’s not what I’m trying to hear.
Maybe it’s that I’m not trying to deal with the number 2, and because of that I’m gonna have to stay at the drawing board, and keep tweaking my approach.
I’ll be more impressed if the message is different so I can feel a little more proud of my report.

I’ll be sharing my thoughts on if hip hop music can be conscious without sounding too preachy.

Yes, hip-hop can be conscious and effective without being cheesy or preachy. There’s messages that can be scaled and downed down or elevated to reach a variety of listeners.
It’s a balance of symmetry between the producer and rapper.

That’s the ideal scenario, but does one hold more weight over the other?
That’s the question I’m posing here.
I think music made a shift to where there’s a better appreciation for the production behind the artist.

It’s for that reason that I would pick a producer as being of greatest influence in the team up.
Hip hop makes you confident.
It could be credited to several things: whether it’s the lyrics, the culture it represents, the influence it has on the world, the reasons are ongoing.

The personality of a typical hip hop lover tends to be an extrovert.
In some capacity hip hop promotes expression and that’s a very extroverted behavior in observance.
People enjoy hip hop because of how popular it is.

Hip hop has an influence in just about every outlet you could possibly think of.
When you have something in common, there’s plenty of good times associated with it.
People enjoy hip hop because of how impactful it is.
Hip-Hop is unique because of how creative it can be.
There’s so many angles of expression that’s done in anticipation of some event related to hip hop.
There’s not many industries that can rival this type of experience.

As mentioned above, there’s a variety of reasons why messages get adjusted for reaching a certain demographic.
Depending on the message, the right producer will be able to scale the sound to reach a specific audience.
Sometimes deeper conversations get adjusted to not sound too controversial in nature.
Depending on the artist it may even get toned up as well.

Here’s a full guide on what Wealthy Affiliate is and how it helps people transform their hobbies into full-blown businesses:
In the digital age, the line between passion and profession has blurred. More and more individuals are transforming their hobbies—whether it’s baking, fitness, photography, gaming, or travel—into sustainable online businesses. But for most hobbyists, the leap from interest to income can feel daunting. That’s where platforms like Wealthy Affiliate (WA) come in.
Wealthy Affiliate, found at www.wealthyaffiliate.com, is more than just a training program—it’s an ecosystem built to empower people to start, grow, and scale their own online businesses through affiliate marketing, content creation, and personal branding. Whether you’re a stay-at-home parent, a college student, or someone seeking a career change, WA offers a roadmap for monetizing what you love.
Let’s explore what Wealthy Affiliate is, how it works, and how it has helped thousands of individuals turn their hobbies into full-fledged online businesses.
Founded in 2005 by Kyle Loudoun and Carson Lim, Wealthy Affiliate was created with a simple mission: to make it easier for people to build successful businesses online. What started as a keyword list service quickly evolved into a full-fledged affiliate marketing and online business platform.
WA is designed for people at all stages of the online business journey—from total beginners to seasoned entrepreneurs. It offers a complete toolkit for building an online business, including:
Step-by-step training Website building tools Managed WordPress hosting Keyword research tools Live support and community forums Weekly live classes and webinars
Unlike many “get-rich-quick” schemes that plague the internet, Wealthy Affiliate focuses on long-term, sustainable growth. It’s not about shortcuts—it’s about building something real.
At the heart of WA’s teaching is one simple idea: you can build a successful online business around a topic you’re passionate about.
Rather than pushing users into high-pressure sales or saturated niches, WA encourages individuals to tap into their personal interests—whether it’s yoga, hiking, pet care, DIY crafts, or video games—and create niche-focused websites that provide value to an audience.
This philosophy aligns perfectly with the concept of affiliate marketing, which is the backbone of Wealthy Affiliate’s system.
Affiliate marketing is a business model where you earn a commission by promoting other people’s (or companies’) products. When someone clicks your referral link and makes a purchase, you earn a percentage of the sale.
It’s a low-barrier way to make money online. You don’t need to create your own product, handle inventory, or provide customer support.
Here’s a simplified example:
You love hiking and start a blog about hiking gear. You review backpacks, shoes, and tents. You include affiliate links to Amazon or outdoor retailers. When a reader buys a product through your link, you earn a commission.
Wealthy Affiliate teaches you how to do all of this, step by step.
1. Online Entrepreneur Certification (OEC)
This is WA’s flagship training course. It walks users through the process of building a niche website from scratch and monetizing it using affiliate marketing.
The OEC course is broken into five levels:
Getting Started Building Your Own Traffic-Producing Website Making Money Mastering Social Engagement Achieving Maximum Success Through Content Creation
Each level contains multiple lessons with video tutorials, written instructions, checklists, and actionable tasks.
2. Affiliate Bootcamp
The Affiliate Bootcamp is designed for those who want to promote WA itself as an affiliate. This path is ideal if you’re passionate about online business, entrepreneurship, and helping others start their journey.
It’s a more specialized training, covering topics like:
Building a brand in the “make money online” niche Email marketing and list building PPC (pay-per-click) advertising Conversion optimization

It’s a great place to get feedback, ask questions, and stay motivated. Plus, WA’s founders, Kyle and Carson, are active in the community—a rarity in the industry.
Step 1: Identify Your Passion
The first thing WA helps you do is pick a niche based on your interests. If you love painting, photography, gardening, or writing—anything you do in your spare time—you can build a niche website around that subject.
WA’s training helps you refine your idea so that it’s:
Specific enough to target a loyal audience Broad enough to allow for growth Monetizable with affiliate programs and products
Step 2: Build a Website Around It
With WA’s SiteBuilder, you can create a website that serves as your brand’s home base. You’ll learn how to:
Pick a domain name Design your site layout Create essential pages (About, Contact, Privacy Policy) Write blog posts that rank on Google
You don’t need to be a designer or developer. WA handles the technical side, so you can focus on content and strategy.
Step 3: Grow Your Audience with SEO and Content
Content is the backbone of your business.
WA teaches you how to create blog posts that:
Solve problems for your audience Target specific keywords Build trust and authority Encourage affiliate purchases
You’ll also learn about SEO (search engine optimization)—the art of getting free traffic from Google. The more valuable content you produce, the more people find your site, and the more affiliate income you can generate.
Step 4: Monetize with Affiliate Programs
Once your site gets traffic, it’s time to earn money. WA shows you how to join affiliate programs related to your niche. These could be:
Amazon Associates ShareASale Commission Junction (CJ) Private programs from individual companies
You can also explore other monetization strategies like:
Display ads (e.g., Google AdSense) Sponsored content Selling your own digital products (eBooks, courses)
Step 5: Scale and Diversify
As your site grows, you can reinvest in paid traffic, email marketing, social media campaigns, or even YouTube. The training evolves with you, offering advanced strategies for scaling your income and expanding your brand.
Thousands of people have turned their passions into full-time incomes with Wealthy Affiliate. Here are just a few examples:
1. Grace (LittleMama)
Grace started blogging as a stay-at-home mom. She created a website in the parenting niche and, with the help of WA’s training and support, grew it into a site that earns consistent monthly income.
2. Jerry Huang
Jerry joined WA at age 18. He built a website reviewing online business tools and became one of WA’s top affiliates. He now earns a full-time income while traveling the world.

I’ll be explaining why it’s difficult to control emotions concerning any family issues.
You might be getting to a point in your life where you’re getting more familiar with emotional triggers.
Specifically these feelings can be coming from people that are most close to you.
In this case it’s dealing with family.
But let’s move on and explore the difficulties that come with controlling your emotions relative to relatives.
My family pops out to me immediately when I ponder on this question because they’re un-empathetic hypocrites.
They seem to get uncomfortable pretty easily and for that simple fact it ends up being the reason I get stressed out.
And I think it’s cuz the new modern family’s built with business expectations instead of being made from love.
I shouldn’t be the only one experiencing this but other families don’t seem to deal with this type of problem.
There’s so much that goes into controlling emotions and for some reason goes ignored.
I feel it’s important to realize the impact they have on you as a whole.
The best at doing this aim for regulating and identifying them accurately.
It’s only possible by accepting your emotions.
It takes journaling your mood and taking deep breaths occasionally.
There’s nothing wrong with expressing your emotions but timing plays a role as well.
You’ll find that there’s moments you should give yourself space to grow.
It might even take doing meditation.
The best benefit arguably is being able to check your stress as you get better.
And if all else fails then it might do you justice to try therapy.
If you’re feeling disconnected from your family then it’s probably best to consider speaking with a mental health professional.
Their benefit lies in sharing healthy coping techniques.
Of course that’s assuming your family’s in the wrong.
But there’s some that are innocent.
There’s some people that just can’t handle the mix of personalities when it comes to family-related social gatherings.
It’s important to know that it’s normal experiencing these feelings.
They might not even come from blood family.
A good amount of people that are known to cause these feelings can come from old friends too.
I personally experienced this myself when cutting off people that I’d only have bad habits in common with.
The secret to a balanced life is having a goal setting mindset.
When you decide to create a more predictable lifestyle through activities you can rely on for personal satisfaction it requires changes.
One of the most important is requiring yourself to start saying ‘no’ more often and appropriately.
There’s a level of spiritual wellness that gets prioritized because of the benefits mainly through clarity it provides.
If you’re a man reading this then I’m sure you’ll agree with me when acknowledging how valuable a feminine presence is.
It personally reminds me that life’s unpredictable and it makes life exciting.
*to be continued
I’ll be explaining why some people think the world owes them something.
They can be a very frustrating type of person to deal with but they’re important to learn about.
It might be a slight conflict of interest that I’m addressing this while I come from a Millenial perspective.
For those unaware of our generation is actually labeled entitled.
And when you’ve been labeled ‘entitled’ you’re likely seen as someone that thinks the world’s in debt to you.
There’s a universal law that supports the idea of what you give is also received.
Most people think the world owes them something because they have a sense of entitlement.
It’s probably someone you know.
These people seem to always go through hardships.
Stay far away from them.
It’s pretty easy to tell if someone feels entitled.
They’ll demand special treatment!
The zone of expectation is what places them in this category.
They expect other people to do things for them.
Maybe the worse part about it is that they won’t even show gratitude for whatever gets done on their behalf.
Flirting very close with the concept and philosophy of a narcissist is because they constantly crave admiration.
The best way to deal with an entitled person is by actually avoiding them.
These type people are the ones you need to set boundaries with.
They’re people that need to be educated on their risky behavior most of the time.
Because they’re quick to make assumptions on what they feel owed by you it’s best to decline their requests most of the time.
It’s still wise to treat everyone equally ESPECIALLY if an entitled person is in your rotation.
It might sound mean to treat entitled people this way but you it’s necessary.
Matter of fact it’s actually important to show them some compassion but remember your limits.
There’s just some people that won’t change no matter how much you make adjustments for them.
Some people get misread as being entitled because the ones that judge them are most likely unfamiliar with personality-types.
That’s actually a reason I like the MBTI personality tests.
They seem pretty accurate to me.
But when you come across someone that actually fits the mold of being entitled they commonly ignore other people’s human rights.
The person that’s accurately defined as entitled’s usually dealing with a secret insecurity struggle.
An area they’re most likely lacking in that we can help them with is communicating effectively.
It’s best to stay away from entitled people because when they don’t get what they want they’ll likely last out at others in frustration.
Most aren’t even aware that they’re operating out of entitlement.
They’re toxic people to the core and are synonymous with narcissists.
You can’t be hostile with them as that’s not the way to interact with anybody.
That behavior promotes isolation and can make clashing with entitled people tough because they’re disguised leaders.
They’re seen as having the confidence needed to be put in leadership roles.
It’s settling with the fact that my written raps are only part of the process before it’s finalized as a song or music in general.
While I continue making music of my own I’ll be sharing the beats that I’ve been checking out.

It’s in no particular order although A-B can be flipped with C-D and vice-versa.

I’ll be answering why French onion soup could taste better.
I’m someone who could really enjoy a good soup.
I like so many different kinds to where it would almost feel unfair to say one over the other when it comes to discussing which one I’d prefer most.
Obviously this post is dedicated to French onion.
I never made one from scratch but occasionally I’ll grab some frozen ones to have as a meal.
And we’re gonna get to the bottom of this bitter phenomenon.
French onion soup seems to be a recipe that can go one of many ways. Sometimes the cook might have issues where the dish comes out too sweet. Sometimes it might be made where it’s overly sour, but when it comes to a bitter taste it could be most likely 1 of 2 reasons, maybe even both:
Cooked onions could taste bitter for a few different reasons:
Those are just a few reasons obviously but you’ll be surprised to find out that this issue is most popular with both soups and curry dishes.
To the quality point made earlier it specifically applies to a suggestion I’m making you should try, getting organic products.
Next is the type of onion you’re looking to cook.
I’ve found that this issue happens most often with Red Onions and could be fixed if switched to white.
And last but not least, if you overcook your onion then it’ll without a doubt become bitter.
It loses its flavor if you get past cooking it and fall in the territory of scorching it.
French onion soup is and always was meant to be a bland tasting soup.
I’d like to call it an acquired taste but I digress.
I have good memories of when I would order this at Applebees.
It was my go to appetizer.
But same as any other soup you could make, they can be modified to any taste you desire.
And same as any champion recipe it takes a little experimenting and messing with the original ingredients to find the taste that fit your buds perfectly.
As always, feel free to leave a comment and share your thoughts on French onion soup or any dishes you’d like to see me write about.
Thanks for reading.

I’ll be explaining how to monetize any interest into an income stream.
There’s several ways to monetize any interest into an income stream. Take into account that there’s numerous industries that you can try having a honest career with. And if you follow these options it’s likely that they turn into a form of income that suits your style:
Affiliate Marketing separates passion from product creation and ultimately allows monetization to happen because you can end up promoting a product inadvertently through an entirely different conversation going on.
This way it can and will stay strictly business: you don’t even have to necessarily feel passionate about the product that shares the profit with you off a sale.
Not only that, but you also have the option of creating your own product that you actually care about and create an incentive for someone else that’s better at marketing to get it seen.
Choosing a job and business (of your choice) is the beginning of earning freedom on your terms.
It’s a variable in a sense when you start a business, you’re able to launch at any point that you’re comfortable at.
This is where you build a brand and with that is a selection of products and services that support the core of what your brand does.
And with that is in control and you align your purpose with things as well, too. And the job is a little more straightforward.
is where you can just get some money going and get started with any type of field that pays you can have it begin at a point that you feel comfortable making a certain amount of money or going in the direction of doing something that is closer to whatever your passion is.
And you can evaluate whether you’re choosing based on an opportunity or fear based on how you feel when deciding to commit with that work.
There’s a bit of a tradeoff that happens with choosing both of these.
With the job option, you off the batter starting to trade your time for money. in most cases.
And that’s the compromise you make with that option. A business, you usually are trading stability, at least early on.
The responsibility shifts in your income depending on what you’re expected to actually do.
Jobs are a lot more straightforward with the work that is expected of you.
When you apply or get hired to do one, your employer will usually set out what you’re supposed to do and you execute every day or whatever the agreement is for that work.
And with a business, you would have to do a little bit of everything.
You’re going to manage in other areas that run an entire operation and from that will an income start to be produced.
And a major difference between the two is deciding to get a long-term wealth plan going.
and the business is what’s going to align more with that choice if that is your interest.
Jobs are typically short term.
Freelancing your skill for profit is another option that can produce an income for yourself.
It’s another way that you can begin earning from an independent angle.
The way to transition from being skilled at something to turning into a clear service is just how you prod package and promote the service that you are willing to offer.
This is where marketing comes into play.
You can gain skills that will assist you in sharing what the world, whatever it is that you have to offer and can produce a honorable and reputable reputation for doing.
Your position plays a role in attracting higher paying clients because the people you choose to work with are all potentially referrals for bigger and better clients in a way.
That also goes along with having a professional image.
You begin to gain notoriety from the clients you work with and the great things that they’ll have to say about what is that you do.
Free lawyers, freelancers avoid burnout while they’re increasing their income with the use of tools and even being able to expand their services. with their assistance of help.
It could show through recruiting others that are skilled at doing what they’re able to do, but the freelancer will eventually be able to convert that into a business where they have a brand that they operate under and other people will join to get behind that new machine that’s made.
There’s several systems that are available that can help promote your image as a freelancer and get you booked work.
There’s companies such as Fiverr and even Whop, which is another program that can help someone become an independent and what these programs do will repeat the business that you begin starting.
And a freelancer should eventually turn their work into a system that offers tier packages in order to streamline their process and end up recycling the work they do because anyone that goes to you for work will already have set expectations for what to get out of what it is that you do.
Collection skills and leveraging. them as an expert is another option that can be taken to earn an income.
This can typically the basic things that you do with you are sure that can Compound in value, there’s handyman skills and other self-employed routes that can be taken in order to promote yourself as such.
You eventually get labeled as an expert once you have been in the industry long enough, so this is where experience comes into play and getting positive reviews.
You’re able to take it to another level once you’re able to tell the story behind what it is that you do and believe it or not, it can win over an audience just off of how far you’ve come in order to be able to finally operate at a high level.
Your expertise will shift from being skill-based to influence-based once your brand becomes bigger than your work.
That’s a point where you are so likable as a person to the point where the others that support you will do it just off the strength of your name.
It’s important to note that when you’re deciding to make your money early on, that eliminating the multistream income mentality is necessary.
That’s only because there’s a point where you will not be able to be sufficient in one area if you are trying to chase several others at the same time you might be able to get away with one other skill.
But trying to do too much at once early on that are separate and not related in any way will get in the way of you getting something going.
It’s the same as digging to a ground and trying to strike water.
Once you get to that point, you’re going to be able to drink for life in that lack a better analogy, but it still applies to making money. The man that chases two rabbits catches none.

I’ll be discussing what it means to level up in ranks:
It generally requires consistent, high-performance, and strategic improvement.
Consistency is commonly associated with practicing, and that includes your daily efforts, weekly progress and long-term repetition.
How it looks more specifically is through doing a repetitive task and making minor adjustments and tweaks to your method that will be tested eventually and put on “the big stage.”
These small repeated actions tend to compound over time and create a completely new outcome as a result.
That’s the tricky part about it in most cases.
When you’re making these increases in your talent or skill, it might not be clear that it’s happening in the early stages and might not even be in the middle of it, but at the end, it’s done in hopes and expectations that you will be completely different or possibly even better at what it is that you’re doing.
People will break consistency at times when they just had enough of whatever it is that they’re going through.
There’s resistance to some effect that makes it a challenge, and most people are not built for uncomfortable situations when the going gets tough.
People actually tend to leave with it.
But you’re able to track your progress through pretty common ways. One of the most popular is logging and journaling your experiences.
This consistency will shift from a discipline to your identity once that becomes your reputation.
It’s what people will know you to be and from there, it ends up becoming part of your entire brand.
Performing at a high level is a rare trait in itself. There’s not many people that can boast and claim that they’re able to do it.
But what separates the average performance from a high level is being able to execute despite whatever challenge is in front of you.
The regular person will sometimes win while the high level performer has that functioning as the standard. It’s the norm.
And this is where preparation actually influences your ability to consistently perform.
It’s because you’ve been there before.
You’ve taken yourself through the deep waters of what it takes in order to be a high level performer.
It can apply to business and athletics.
There’s mental habits and routines that you could actually go through in order to have this result as well.
One of the ones that I was trained in order to do was going through affirmation statements.
What these do is reaffirm your beliefs, the things that you keep saying to yourself is what you’re going to subconsciously believe later on in the future.
And it’s something you do daily. You will remind yourself. It might even be more frequent than that.
Eventually you get to the point where you might see other people that are trying to emulate that and you have to be mindful of what the difference is between someone who just does it without any fruits to bear.
It might lead to where you discover someone who went through setbacks and criticism and failure, these experience can have you questioning whether you’re able to actually execute at that level.
That’s where you need to have someone that helps keep you accountable and reaffirm your beliefs.
Again, going back to the sports example, this is where what a coach would be able to help, they would let you know, “man, you’re thinking crazy.” and “you’re actually that person,” whoever it is that you’re telling yourself that you want to be and that you will be in life.
Eventually performing at a high level becomes your standard because you determine what the traits are of a successful person, and you can apply it to anything that you’re choosing to become great at.
Utilizing a strategy to improve is having a method to your madness.
This is where you have a winning system set in place that can be relied upon, and even transferred into other programs in order to ensure your success in other areas.
The difference between working hard and working strategically towards improvement is incorporating your logic into the equation.
You have reasons to justify your actions and you’re not just doing something blindly without any confidence that it’s going to work.
You can identify the right strategy for improving based off of blueprints that’s been set in place.
When you’re looking to improving a certain area, there’s a good chance that there are others that reached the same level you’re trying to attain or at least gotten close.
What you would do is study these habits.
Their tactics, the things that they’ve done, and grab the things that you like from it to be able to apply it in your own situation.
You also get a confirmation that these tactics work through feedback. What feedback does is measure the status of what is that you’re doing.
You’re getting outside looks and these people will let you know what they like or maybe even dislike about the things that you’re doing.
And from there you can continue doing more of that thing that’s helping or minimizing on areas that’s not serving you well.
That also explains when your strategy needs to be adjusted.
You might have something that’s doing well and it’s getting you somewhere, but if you’re trying to get further, you might make this adjustment and doing something a little different in order to go a little further or wherever it is that you’re trying to take the things that you’re doing.
You’re usually able to recognize that you’re in a life test versus just a random challenge, because the tests you’re experiencing is usually a gatekeeper in a way.
So sticking with that perspective would suggest that completing this test ends up being the thing that brings you to the next phase of your life.
One of my favorite parallels for this that I feel applies really well is from a show called Naruto.
They explore the concept of climbing the ranks in order to have more privileges and opportunities within the village.
And one of the more memorable examples that parallels this pretty well is the Chunin exam that the Genin as they’re called, have to go through.
Genin are the most basic ranks.
A more real life comparison would be the same as the ranks you have in the military.
You get challenged and there’s different tests that you have to pass in order to get to the next rank. (or actually to get to the next challenge so you can earn the rank that you’re looking to achieve)
One of the best ways to gain from these experiences is reflection.
It helps uncover the message behind a painful or frustrating situation, because you’re forced to become more self-aware about what you just experienced.
This is where you have to get brutally honest with yourself and start answering the questions on if what you went through was worth it.
A movie reference that actually comes to mind is Avengers Infinity War.
At the end of that movie, Gomora asks Thanos, if what he did was worth it or specifically, what did it cost him?
And he replies with one word and it was super powerful: Everything.
Separating the things that are in your control from what you can’t during a life test is highly important.
It happens through practicing acceptance. It’s not something that everyone can do either. It’s more of a struggle for the more ambitious person.
I’ll be discussing the careers that can be done to work from home.
Expectations of a tech software manager that’s working from home on a daily basis is to oversee the use of apps that keep business alive on top of that. They also would recommend software that they believe will improve business operations and anybody that is added to the team would speak with a text software manager, if they have any questions or needs to be trained in the proper use of the software that needs to be added into the product.
Text software managers, make sure project stay on schedule if everybody else is remote through the incorporation of communication tools, depending on what program the company decides to go with the software manager will be expected to continue communication with the other employees of the operation they might have administrative privileges that can do features such as taking over the system that other people are using or share their own screen in order to Show what needs to be done on the other end. They also have to be involved with the scheduling process to advise other project managers what is a reasonable expectation for each event or project that has to get completed.
Tech managers decide which features get built in which ones don’t based off of the research that they can review and prove that the addition will get results if they see that it will improve the communication of all members of the business operation then it’ll highly likely get justified to be added. And anything they don’t want added will be proved to have to get removed because it makes things more complicated.
Marketing can be done from home realistically.
It entails doing things such as content creation, making phone calls on behalf of the company to book events, shows, or other deals that will get the product or service in front of other people.
The skills that you’re gonna need to market remotely are pretty basic in nature.
In most cases, it only requires having a strong personality.
So you have to think in terms of making your enthusiasm for whatever’s being promoted contagious.
And if you’re able to transfer that same feeling to other people, then you’re going to do great as a marketer.
Digital marketing however, can differ from traditional marketing because you are adding technology into the equation.
You’re going to have to get more familiar with the latest things that’s going to increase your communication.
One of the most popular is social media.
An admin is universal in theory when you apply it to the industries that they serve.
What an admin does is have the rights and privileges to manage as closely as they prefer any project that gets done.
So the core responsibilities of them are really support for people that have specific focuses that they have to stick with.
You can apply it to a card game where there’s wild cards. It’s able to manipulate its privileges in order to help another area succeed.
We had the same experience with the tech school that shaped my experience.
Because we had technology all throughout the campus, we would have several situations that were require troubleshooting methods and in most cases, we would have to contact an admin to help get our project back on track.
And what they also do is take the time to train people so they’re able to be competent enough on their own in order to function.
But the skills to be successful in this role is patience. On top of that, you also have to be pretty prompt with the things that you do.
Demanding on the size of your team, you’re gonna probably have to assist several people throughout the day as many times as you’re working.
It’s best to walk away from a project with a slow start once it isn’t fun to manage anymore. The only exception for when you would want to wait for the payoff and still expect a result is if you realize that the journey is more of a benefit than the destination.
Motivation is something that could be ignited when your face was a test that doesn’t seem too exciting. There’s a few ways that you can initiate it and have it work to your advantage however I don’t recommend you rely on motivation alone that or willpower very yet the reason for that is because it can be fickle But in this case if you need motivation just to get through whatever situation that you’re experiencing in the moment it’ll be best to reflect or even observe others that get positive results and things that you want from completing the task that you set.
Game vacation can increase engagement in your routine or repetitive work because it mimics the same things that we like about games that we play recreationally how it works is where you adopt different systems that create the ones that you like the most a popular example is adding experience points or some type of level up system that progress that you make, and in this case it is with the work that you do.
Breaking a large project into micro wins changes your emotional momentum because you’re pacing yourself at this point you have checkpoints that you can reach and most of the time they’re within a view that seems manageable. In other words you can actually see yourself completing the task that you set out for yourself And that’s important because there’s many people that give up on things that they set out to do once, they realize that it takes more work to actually be successful and what is that they set out to do.
Tying a project to a bigger personal goal can reignite your internal motivation because it aligns your work with your life. There might be things that you set out to do and wanna do that. You’re not actually doing in the moment but eventually you see that things are interconnected and you have to get to a point where you are able to step out of what the current situation is and Employ some tactics that tricks your left brain in a way where it believes that the work you’re doing matters and will pay off for your personal goals that you said to do which is also separate from your work and I’m talking about the work that you think is only temporary at the moment.
Collaboration impacts enjoyment in otherwise tedious work because you feel that you’re sharing your struggle in a way there is a unity that’s being made and you get the opportunity to share all of the emotions that you would experience otherwise it could be a double edged sword anyways, because whatever it is that you both will feel gets amplify you’re going to feel more of it and that’s where having the right partner to collaborate with Can be crucial they can make or break your attitude and either elevate you or bring you down.
